Scheduled work is booked around your maintenance and flight windows rather than fixed counter hours. AOG emergency requests are answered outside standard business hours as well.

We use products approved by the original equipment manufacturer of the aircraft we are servicing. OEM approval is the industry standard for aircraft appearance care chemistry. Product-specific approvals vary by airframe and coating brand and are verified in the quote process.

The warranty period reflects the coating chemistry's expected durability under normal aircraft usage. Longer warranty coatings require more meticulous prep, more product, and more application time. Owners choosing between tiers should consider aircraft use rate, hangar conditions, and how long the aircraft will remain in current ownership.

Both. Refurbishment restores flexibility, appearance, and function to boots that are still structurally sound. Boots with active delamination, deep cracking, or tears require replacement, not refurbishment. Our assessment identifies which is which before work begins.

Yes. JetSpa carries $200,000 in general liability coverage and $1.5 million in hangar liability coverage. Certificates of insurance are provided before service on request.

Every technician holds Aircraft Detailing Specialist certification from the Aircraft Detailing Association. Team members hold current airport badge access at KTEB, KMMU, and KABE, with escorted access at KHPN.

Yes. We are happy to share before-and-after documentation and references from previous clients on request during the quote process.

24 to 48 hours minimum. During this window the aircraft cannot fly, be wet-washed, or be exposed to precipitation. Flying earlier causes adhesion failure and voids the coating warranty. We tell you before service so scheduling is coordinated with your flight calendar.

Routine trip cleans and dry wash work with approved chemistry maintain the coating between annual services. Avoid harsh solvents, abrasive cleaning, and pressure washing on coated surfaces. Written aftercare guidelines are provided with every coating service.

It depends on aircraft class, hangar conditions, and use rate. The recommended cadence below is our standard starting point, adjusted to your operation in the quote.

Typical response is 1 to 3 hours within our primary catchment and 3 to 6 hours across the extended Northeast. Confirmed ETA is provided on the intake call.

AOG fees range from $500 to $2,000 depending on aircraft class, distance, and required response window. Bookings with 24 or more hours of notice do not qualify as AOG and are billed at standard rates.
