AOG Emergency Aircraft Cleaning
Teterboro · Morristown · Allentown · White Plains
When your aircraft lands with a cabin issue that must be resolved before the next departure, the difference between a two-hour response and an eight-hour response can cost you the flight. AOG cleaning is a specialized service line built around one metric: how fast can we be on the ramp. JetSpa dispatches AOG teams across the Northeast for turnaround-critical interior situations.
Call, do not email. Have your location, aircraft type, issue, and departure deadline ready.
What Is AOG Aircraft Cleaning?
AOG stands for Aircraft on Ground, aviation industry terminology for an aircraft that cannot be released for its next flight until a specific problem is resolved. In the appearance care world, AOG usually means a cabin situation that must be cleaned before passengers board again: passenger illness, food spill, biohazard, chemical contamination, or any incident that would delay departure. Speed is the product.
JetSpa offers AOG response across the Northeast, including New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Connecticut, Maryland, Delaware, and Virginia. Response times depend on distance from our primary catchment at Teterboro, Morristown, Lehigh Valley, and White Plains.
Bookings with 24+ hours of notice do not qualify as AOG and are billed at our standard service rates. AOG applies specifically when the situation requires same-day or overnight response.

Our AOG Response Process

Emergency intake
You call our AOG line with your aircraft location, aircraft type, issue description, and departure deadline. Intake takes minutes.

Dispatch
We confirm ETA and dispatch the closest available team with all containment and cleaning materials.

On-site containment
First priority is safe containment of the affected area, especially for biohazard incidents. PPE and containment protocols are followed without exception.

Deep clean and treatment
The affected area receives a full deep clean, odor treatment as required, and disinfection of surrounding surfaces.

Documentation
Written service record noting the incident, actions taken, materials used, and any recommended follow-up. This documentation supports insurance claims and operator maintenance logs.
Why AOG Response Matters
Departure protection
A cabin incident that would delay a scheduled charter can cost the operator thousands in refunds, rebooking, and reputation damage.
Passenger experience
Boarding a cabin that still shows or smells the previous incident is unacceptable at any tier of private aviation.
Biohazard safety
Certain cabin incidents require certified handling to protect passengers, crew, and future service personnel. Untrained handling creates its own liability.
Insurance documentation
Written AOG service records support insurance claims and satisfy operator log requirements.
Reputation
Charter operators lose future bookings when passengers post about visible cabin issues online. Fast, professional response protects the brand.
AOG response, answered
How fast can you respond to an AOG call?
Depends on distance to your aircraft. Within our primary catchment (KTEB, KMMU, KABE, KHPN), response times are typically 1 to 3 hours. Extended Northeast coverage (PA, CT, MD, DE, VA) runs 3 to 6 hours. Confirmed ETA is provided on your intake call.
What counts as AOG?
Any interior situation requiring cleaning before the aircraft's next scheduled departure when standard scheduling windows (24+ hours) are not available. Common cases include passenger illness, food or beverage spills, biohazard, chemical contamination, and unexpected cabin issues discovered during preflight.
What is the fee structure for AOG response?
AOG response is quoted from the aircraft class, dispatch distance, required response window, and incident scope. The full fee is disclosed and confirmed on the intake call before dispatch. Bookings with 24 or more hours of notice use standard service rates.
Do you handle biohazard cleanup safely?
Yes. Our team uses appropriate PPE, containment materials, and disposal protocols for biohazard incidents. Written documentation is provided for insurance claims and operator records. If an incident requires certified biohazard remediation beyond appearance care, we can refer to a partner provider.
What coverage area do you serve for AOG?
Primary catchment: KTEB, KMMU, KABE, and KHPN. Extended Northeast coverage: broader New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Connecticut, Maryland, Delaware, and Virginia. Longer dispatches include a per-mile travel fee plus accommodation.
