Our team walks the aircraft to assess paint condition, existing damage, and contamination level, then confirms scope.

For dry wash: full aircraft dry wash using aviation-approved chemistry, panel by panel. For polish work: aircraft receives full chemical and iron decontamination first.

Machine polish is applied panel by panel to bring back clarity and remove defects.

If sealant or ceramic coating was ordered, it is applied after polish work is complete. If sealant only, curing takes minutes to hours.

Post-service walk with your pilot or ground crew, plus written service record with any observations for future reference.

Most exterior work in private aviation uses dry wash rather than pressure washing.
Depends on flight hours, hangar conditions, and storage environment. Aircraft based outdoors or with heavy flight cycles benefit from quarterly dry wash and annual decontamination and polish. Hangared aircraft with lower cycles can extend intervals.
We strongly prefer to perform polish and coating work indoors in a controlled environment. Outdoor polish is possible for smaller aircraft in the right weather window, but interior application of coatings requires shelter.
One Step Polish is a single-stage machine polish appropriate for aircraft with light oxidation or paint that needs a refresh. Cut and Polish is a multi-stage correction for aircraft with heavier oxidation, water spotting, or years of neglect. Cut and Polish takes significantly more time and product.
Hangared aircraft accumulate less airborne fallout but still pick up jet exhaust residue and hydraulic bleed during flight. Annual decontamination is recommended for most aircraft, hangared or not.
